Cloud Recruiting
The concept of “Cloud Recruiting,” as first presented by Michael Marlatt to the attendees of SourceCon 2008, refers to a new and important understanding of how this evolved idea — also known as virtualization of recruiting — is enabling recruiters to connect with their work, their peers, their employers, and their candidates in ways that truly enables them to be “anywhere, anytime, on any device” as the need and opportunity dictates.
The term Cloud Recruiting refers to how recruiters can be better served by today’s technology and its application, truly a derivative of cloud computing. It’s as simple as that.
