Preach it, Michael!
Of course, I’m diggin’ this lil’ clip because it supports what I’ve been anticipating since 2004 – job seekers are going to continue migrating toward the community of generic (niche’) job boards.
Because they can.
And because the niche boards have the opportunity to provide a level of service and “feel” that’s difficult to obtain anywhere outside of “community.”
