Michael Marlatt actively speaks at industry conferences and corporate events, as well as trains recruiting organizations across the country. Michael speaks on a variety of areas, but frequently trains recruiting organizations on how to leverage mobile media & technology as a recruitment channel. Michael has designed and deployed mobile recruiting solutions for past employers and individuals. Depending on the specific needs of the audience or corporation, he is able to cover topics at a 10,000 foot level, as well as dive into a tactical discussion around “how to” properly implement a solution.
In December 2010, Michael founded mRecruitingcamp – a mobile conference designed exclusively for HR & Recruiting. mRecruitingcamp is set to debut on September 30th, 2011, and will feature thought-leaders who are innovating through the use of mobile as a talent attraction and engagement channel.
