As a consumer of sms and similar services, it didn’t take long until I somehow got hooked into subscription based services when I sent a text message. I could benefit from information that I can use to help get myself back out of trouble – but I don’t know how to get a list of what commands a service supports. For example, if there were such an option, I might benefit from sending a particular command to an sms provider such as 4info. Example: lets say I want to know the telephone number of the sms providers technical support group. Am I able to simply send a text to the sms service and in return get such information? Just like sending ‘help’ to 44646, maybe I could text ‘tech’to 44646. If that is true, then I’d ask what is that command? After that, I’d want to know if that command was universal across all sms providers.

We send text messages to candidates, and we have seen a HUGE increase with text messaging. Most people never check their Yahoo accounts.
When selecting a vendor make sure they connect to ALL carriers. The only one that connected to Sprint / Nextel and Bell Canada was http://www.redoxygen.com . You could lose 20% of your response rate by picking another vendor. I know the US and canada are hard to reach all carriers because of the networks, they are NOT all GSM
