Thinking Out Cloud

The “cloud” is becoming more and more relevant to recruiters. Not only does the social web help us connect with talent in new and meaningful ways, today’s internet makes it possible for recruiters to exchange knowledge and collaborate in new and exciting ways too.

Over recent years, coming together online through shared interests, mutual friends, and in physical community at industry events like SourceCon, Michael Marlatt has formed many such relationships.

In his circle of friends are people well respected for their contributions toward fostering a better understanding of recruiting, the use of technology and sharing in the spirit of a “2.0″ mindset. Some of them have agreed to help us all define “cloud recruiting” for the industry through their efforts and research, coming together here to share in this project’s “think tank.”
