Rithesh steps up with a strong technical and HR background that spans 10 years. Having gained in-depth recruiting and sourcing experience on both the agency and corporate sides of the business, Rithesh has developed a unique style which gets him noticed.
Rithesh currently works for KPMG where he started as a Executive Researcher and Sourcer, one of the founding members of the firm’s respected Research Group.
Among his areas of specialization Rithesh is known for his innovative approaches to internet sourcing, process improvement and developing new recruitment tools.
Rithesh also trains recruiters, leading by example in the areas of sourcing and candidate development where he is an expert. He writes on these and related topics in his blog Recruiting and Sourcing Secrets.
