Before that Tim was the Strategic Sourcing Lead for Capgemini where he implemented the firm’s first ever strategic passive sourcing program.
Recognized for his leadership, Tim is also known for the in-depth training he provides on deep-web mining and how to leverage sites such as LinkedIn, Google and Live to recruit top talent.
Tim’s reputation as an authority in passive candidate research and talent pipeline development is enhanced by his involvement with the industry-at-large.
